Participants in this track will work to design a thematic unit aligned to the World Readiness Standards for Language Learning. Teachers will focus on developing “Can-Do” statements and checks for understanding. The program gives teachers the opportunity to put theory learned into practice immediately with peers and in their own classrooms. Sessions will include opportunities for participants to receive feedback on their lessons. This focus on reflection and refinement will provide participants the opportunity to hone skills they can implement in their classrooms immediately.
All teachers applying to the cohort will need a recommendation and permission from their supervisor.
