My Dreams Speaks is GLP’s annual benefit cocktail reception and awards program. The evening brings together a dynamic group of 250+ leaders in business, education, and politics to honor outstanding leaders and organizations who have impacted the lives of children through their business endeavors and philanthropic initiatives.
On Thursday, May 4th 2017 from 6:30pm – 9:30pm, GLP will host its 5th annual My Dream Speaks Benefit Reception at the beautiful Rubin Museum of Art in Manhattan. We will present Dr. Michael Levine from Sesame Workshop and CJ Kettler from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt with our Global Icon Awards. All funds raised go directly towards supporting the expansion of world-language programs throughout New York City.
VIP ticket holders will enjoy a VIP reception and after hours tour of the museum from 6:30pm – 7pm. The main program will take place at 7:30pm and will feature a GLP student performance, teacher testimonial, awards and speeches, and performance from Carnegie Hall violinist Nuné Mélik. Passed hors d’oeuves and dessert will be served, and a open bar will be available.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you there!
