My Dreams Speaks, GLP’s annual benefit reception and awards program, brings together a dynamic group of 250+ leaders in management, education, and politics to honor outstanding organizations and individuals that have impacted the lives of children through business  and philanthropic initiatives.

On Thursday, May 3rd, at the Rubin Museum of Art, we will present our Global Icon Awards to Maggie Mitchell Salem, Qatar Foundation International’s Executive Director, for her commitment to, and impact on providing high quality Arabic language opportunities for teachers and students; as well as for the amazing success QFI has had under her leadership in ensuring there are more highly trained, and certified Arabic teachers throughout the United States.

VIP ticket holders will enjoy a private reception and tour of the Rubin’s remarkable southeast Asian art collection from 6:30 pm – 7 pm. The main program will begin at 7:30 pm and will feature a GLP class presentation, remarks by a GLP teacher and student, awards, and a professional musical performance. Hors d’oeuvres and dessert will be passed, and an open bar available.

All funds raised will directly support the expansion of world language programs in the tri-state area.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you there!
